About 2 months ago I was prompted by Black Planet to join BE, a book club that doesn't take a credit card, you just order your books. I ordered 3 books (A Day Late A Dollar Short, It's the Little Things..., and For the Love of Money, by Omar Tyree)for 11.00!
It came within 7 days and I loved it. However, my girlfriend ordered her books around the same time that I ordered mine and STILL hasn't recieved them. Well, I ordered 4 more books by EXPRESS mail (2-3 bus days & extra fee) 3 weeks ago, and... no books!
I have emailed their service center several times, have recieved an order confirmation telling me how much my bill is, and have been told that my order was shipped and will be arriving soon. Whatever. And to top it all off? I can't log onto the website anymore and my password has not changed!
Has any one else experienced this?
