First of all, he would have had to get bonked by a keg to do that much damage. OK, not really, but a beer bottle won't do that much damage to you.

Second... why are they presuming Sigma Chi was at fault? Accidents happen... I gave myself a concussion by standing up into a cabinet doot. It happens. Why blame Sigma Chi right off? Guilty till proven innocent I guess.
