I have lost over 20 lbs. since June by lowering my carbohydrate intake. (My doc monitors me once a month). And I do cheat. I have had a slice of pizza here and there. And I ate a frosted cookie last night. But as for my everyday routine, less carbs are going in. And I can
live with that.
