Slight Hijack,
This summer I had my internship in Chicago and worked on the South Side. 47th and State!!! I'm now moving to Chicago after school.
Now back to the subject. The subject of the neighborhood is not funny. Although the ghetto does have "hookers and homeless " people is that funny. The ghetto also has families who are working hard to improve thier situation. I think the game makes a one-sided joke about something that's not particularly funny. Especially to the people living in that situation OR the people who are not in that situation but are lumped into that group simply because of the color of their skin.

I don't know what ghetto doesn't have hookers and homeless people drinking 40's.
