On behalf of the petitioning group at Johnson C. Smith University (another HBCU), I just want to say thank you for your interest in reving the Omega Psi chapter on your campus. We are in the process of bringing back the Delta Phi chapter on our campus. So far, things are looking good and we are not far behind. Also, FYI we were the very first HBCU to have established a chapter in 1947. Anyway, information that I can give you is that you must first become an interest group and then a petitioning group. With the numbers that you have given of persons interested, I would assume that you have enough people to become a petitioning group. You would have to do some forms of service as well as fellowship activities. All I can tell you in that it is a long and tedious process.
