You haven't seen "Demolition Man" then? 
There's a line in that movie (which is set a few decades from now) about the "Schwarzenegger Presidential Library." In the movie, the Constitution had been amended to allow foreign-born citizens to run for President because of Ahhhnold's popularity as a politician.
