For real, do not get rid of car tax. They did this to Virginia and the next govenor had to cut everything else. If you don't like tax, cut the food tax. Everybody needs to eat. Not everybody has three + fancy cars to drive around.
no car tax=no higher education. California, please don't make the same mistake as Virginia.
