One of the sorors I hold in highest regard are Soror Sadie Ludley, who is a member of Gamma Kappa Sigma, the Grambling graduate chapter. She has always been supportive to the undergraduates, and is always forthcoming with the truth, even though we did not always want to hear it as undergrads. She has been active for almost 45 years in Sigma, and is still lookin' good

Another that I really look up to is Mabel Cutliff, who is a charter and member of the Minden, LA Alumnae chapter. I don't know Soror Cutliff well, but she was one of my mother's schoolteachers, and a major role model in her life. She is a brilliant woman who works hard for Sigma and the community. She had such a positive impact on my mother that when I discussed my interest in Sigma with her, she was almost more enthusiastic than me

There are so many more that I have met through the years, but these two stick out the most because Soror Cutliff's example was a main reason I became a Sigma, and Soror Ludley's commitment was instrumental in me knowing what Sigma Gamma Rho was really about.
