There are other stories out there on this. Apperantly she is a student at the Illinois Institue of Tech, but is originally form Detroit. She was visiting boyfriend, who is presumedly in Pi Kappa Phi, and had at the most 8 drinks.
The main part of the problem is that she got alcohal at a fraternity house, when she is a minor. There is where Pi Kappa Phi is open to liability.
