HC Curves is okay only if you are a beginning excerciser
HC Curves is essentially a scam- takin advantage of women who are afraid to go to a regular gym and setting them up with workouts that will make a difference initially but won't get them into fantastic shape because they are not equipped to take them past a certain point
HC you're better off with one good piece of cardiovascular ecquipment from Sears and a set of weights that you can add to as you progress.
HC it's much cheaper in the long run because ther's no monthly fee

HC on days when I just can't do the gym I go on walks
HC I mean looong walks, like 2-3 miles at least
HC I enjoy my walks around the city, there is so much to observe and it gives you time to think.
HC the only thing that's really necessary to do at the gym (home or at a club) is weight training
HC if you are on a diet it is ESSENTIAL that you use weights!
HC when you lose weight you lose muscle too, unless you work to maintain it.
HC muscle has a HUGE effect on your metabolism, and when you lose muscle you slow it down
HC if you don't weight train you are setting yourself up to not only gain the weight back, but gain even more than you initially lost!

HC get your butt in the gym and hit the weights as heavy as you can with good form twice a week!
