For me it's a combination of a pretty face (and smile) and great hair. That combination, followed by some interesting conversation, is a winner in my book every day.
As for female body parts, generally speaking I think guys love the body parts of the woman they love.
Not trying to get flamed with this comment, but I really think sistahs have more of an issue with their bodies than guys do. Yeah, we have general preferences (skinny, not-so-skinny, etc.) but a woman, whatever her size, who carries herself well and with confidence, is going to capture the attention of somebody.
