Thanks ambitious1 and THICKNCHOCLATE. I started to feel like I was venting more than I was trying to educate. But either way, I hope my point was clear. I could have went on and on about examples where I knew things about white people and they didn't know those very same types of things about black people, i.e. differences between hair, family make up, opinions of corporate america, etc, etc.
