These animals are not treated badly, they do not live under dangerous or uncomfortable conditions and probably have a higher level of emotional fulfillment than any of their wild counterparts. And this is not stating the obvious, that the information produced from being studied is best applied to ensure the animal will be around for a long time. So what's gonna happen if a wild animal, let's say tigers, do go extinct in the wild and there aren't any left in captivity to ensure the species' survival....anyone?

A lot of these animals live better than these people whose life goal is to protest or boycott SOMETHING.
