After more than twenty years under a Fraternity/ Sorority Council type of intergreek governance, the Dean Of Students at my school is allowing a probationary period of two years of a more tradtional IFC/NPC/NPHC type. I am asking for any help or advice form those of you who have served on an IFC tpye of body before and if you could give me some ideas as to what to avod and what you wished was done differently.
