Warren County Baby Born Drunk
Police in Glens Falls say its a case like they've never seen before. An expectant mother was rushed to Glens Falls Hospital on Saturday to deliver a baby.
However, when the baby was born, it had a blood alcohol content of .18. That's over twice the legal limit for an adult. 22-year old Stacey Gilligan was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sent to jail. No word on the condition of the baby.
Ms. Gilligan needs the stupid stick.
