I saw this movie back in the day and I agree w/ the concept. But towards the end, things just got out of hand and went too far.
But...If there was a Drop Squad who would determine the Drop List? Who would lead the Drop Squad? Who would set the methods of persuasion? What would be the method of operations? Who would execute the persuasions? What would happen to infiltrators?
Just a reality check.
