either the website will have a button that you click to download the icon or you have to upload it yourself. if it's a stationary icon, copy and paste it into a paint program and make sure it's saved as a .jpg file. then, when you go to change your icon, click on the Borwse PC button. if it's an animated icon, well, i'm not too good with those. but there really should be a button through the website that takes care of everything.
