The fact is, there should be no hazing AT ALL.
From an organizational standpoint this is a no-brainer. How would you like your chapter shut down because the national org lost a huge lawsuit because someone in a chapter not even in your state let their hazing get out of hand?
It hasn't happened yet, but it very easily could. Lawsuits threaten to wipe us all out. If there was strong hazing, weak hazing, pseudo-hazing, whatever.. it should not happen.
