I used to want to live in Florida so bad. But 2 things stopped that: hurricanes and flying roaches (EWWWW!!).
I like Chicago but I don't know about the climate cuz it's about the same as where I'm at now (Detroit). I have been to DC/Maryland and I loved it. I've also been to Dallas and I liked it there as well. The only thing about Dallas was that it seemed like everything is so far away. We had to take the expressway a lot to get to a lot of places. Perhaps it was where we were staying though. Anyway, I think I'd pick DC/Maryland area to just pick up and move to.
