Delph- The key to success on Atkins is PLANNING. Make sure you ALWAYS have the kind of food that you need in the house. Make sure you have a list of emergency foods that are ok (chicken and turkey wraps, grilled chicken sandwiches without the bread, grilled chicken salad, etc.). If you're going out of town, make the investment and buy the atkins snacks!

Whatever it is that you find yourself craving most often, find a good substitute that is Atkins-friendly.
