The PNM's will fill out the information on the application and turn it into Panhellenic. Panhellenic will then make 2 copies per sorority. The Rho Gammas and Pan Exec are the ones who sit there and black out the information on all the applications. Not only do that they have to black out the legacy info but they also black out the PNM's phone number (for good reasons!). They also sit there and go through every application and make sure that the PNM provided accurate information. We've seen a few applications where the girl has written in that she had a 1450 SAT score and there will be a big line through it with the score of 1150 written next to it by Panhellenic.
