I saw it too! Here's an entry from the guest book as well that confirms something:
Ooo-oop!! Sending a big shout out to Soror Ericka Dunlap for being crowned Miss America. Now Delta can claim two Miss America's including my line sister Kimberly Aiken- Miss South Carolina (Epsilon Tau Spring '97) who was Miss America in 1994. Delta's are truly amazing!!

So, it seems like Ms. Dunlap is the SECOND Delta Miss America! Don't know if it matters that Kimberly Aiken because a Delta after she was Miss America though! Looks like all of the previous Black Miss Americas --except Vanessa Williams-- were Greeks.
