Oh yeah, the liability is off the charts! For example, let's say you are racing to get back to the rally point by a set time, you could get in an accident. If someone is running across the street in a manic frenzy, laughing, they may not see the car headed their way and get hit. There could be vandalism to a dorm/chapter house/campus facility....
I think you get the point without me reinventing the wheel, but the bottom line is our sisters' safety...
