Yes, it happens. When I see a soror/bruh while I'm driving, I'll honk and wave my pinkie. I even had a soror honk at me, when I looked over at her, she mouthed "Skee-Wee!" I've even had other Greeks (well, just frats) honk and throw up their sign. But ain't nobody havin' no accidents tryin'a greet people, lol.
