Okay, I shouldn't be so sneaky...it is definitely an alumnae thing...the notepads go out when EO does the mass mailing dues solicitation. For the most part, if you paid international dues last year, you *should* get an invoice and a notepad this year, but there are of course exceptions to that rule so no whining ladies if you don't get one
...just pay your dues and maybe next year the notepad fairy will visit you too!
