i think that's one of the most important things, and everyone needs to remember that.
everyone is different, and some diets that work for some people don't always work for someone else. i lost a lot of weight on weight watchers, but i wouldn't be able to do atkins for the life of me. one thing that i had to learn is that moderation is key and that exercise is important. once i finally did learn that, dieting and exercise wasn't too difficult for me. i still have moments where i mess up, eat too much, or skip days at the gym, but that happens to a lot of people. i've learned that i can't let that get me down, just chalk it up as i day i was off my diet and get back on the next day!
