maybe make the place a bit more homey? like nice scented jar candles, or decorating with posters & figure out a way to rearrange furniture & lights, air freshners?
does your chapter do rose notes? you could take the same idea and do it for the guys.
my best friend is a Phi Sigma Sigma and she is sigma chi's sweetheart(her boyfriend's fraternity) and she planned this ENORMOUS BBQ for them & the boys LOVED it.
