Congratulations to Alpha Beta! I'm so glad that numbers are steadily improving for you!
Along the same lines, I have numbers for Theta Phi at the University of Tampa. They are one of our newest chapters. Quota was 28, and they welcomed 12 new baby squirrels!
This is a great improvement for their chapter as they are trying to close the gap between them and chapters that are 10-20 years older than them.
I know how much we LOVE to see the
QUOTA sign next to each chapter's name, but I think its REALLY important that we also praise and cheer on the chapters who are making steady improvement during recruitment every single year. With time and hard work, these chapters will eventually get to quota too!
