A cheeseburger itself won't screw up your carb intake, provided you don't eat a bun or fries.

A typical Atkins daily intake during Induction:

Breakfast: eggs, bacon, caffeine free coffee with sugar substitute and cream

Lunch: broiled cheeseburger (No bun or fries), 1 cup of broccoli (or another acceptible vegetable), and water or caffeine free diet soda

Dinner: Broiled fish or chicken & 2 cups salad with dressing containing less than 2 grams of carbs.

There are optional snacks such as olives and certain types of cheese.
