*sigh* i wish our school wasnt so screwed up. Well open house for us is actually in 3 weeks, which is like pizza and soda at the house, rush will be in november, and sometime in early december we will do Unofficial rush, which is kinda secret as far as the school goes, but its basically a non dry rush, anyway we submit our bids like the week before finals, then when people come back from christmas break they have thier bids in thier mail box's, they then have like a day and a half to turn them in to the dean of students office and at the end of that tuesday we go down and pick up a list of people who recieved thier bids. It sucks because between november rush and january starting there is a HUGE down time for people to decide they don't want to do it or get talked out of it.
As far as the mini golf thing, when we did it in the past we would play mini golf then meet up as a large group and get pizza and stuff. The reason we might not want to do a casino night is simply because our president wants to do something that will impress them and probably something that costs money. Plus we want to try and do our rush away from our house. but its not a bad idea.
