Try to find an activity where brothers and rushees have the opportunity to talk and meet alot of people. Mini-golf is ok because you can put together teams of rushees and brothers but the problems is, people may not meet others outside of their team. What about a casino night? Have a few brothers run different tables and give the rushees and the rest of the brothers some monopoly money or chips to play with.
I'm confused about one thing, if rush is two days in October and November but pledging doesn't begin until January, when do the rushees get their bids?
