i spoke with the seller and he has been very polite. he has several people that work for him and they are the ones who left the negative feedback. i did the square trade thing and just paid the 20$. that's a bit too much but oh well! its worth it. i have just starting ebaying in the past few months and i love it! i will never pay retail again!
