in the case of the guy i know, he is not dually enrolled and the two schools (a city community college and the university) have nothing to do with one another. i guess what i gather from the perspectives i've seen here is that is IS allowed at some schools or by some chapters - but there seems to be no general IFC rule about it. overall, it must be up to the national office of each GLO...? ah well, whatever, the more the merrier!
