Hi! Sorry to crash your board, but I had an idea!
When I was pledging my nickname was "Cricket" (long story) but anyway
my big went out and got a lil statue of the cricket from Mulan for me. Now, this was kinda expensive, but the idea is that if she has a nickname, or something she likes that's individual to her (like the yellow duckies!) or to her and you together (Like I met my big in he fencing club, so I put foils on the "paddle" I made for her) Those kinds of things are really sweet and specific to you two together....
Also you can make letters for you both out of the same fabric. I did that for my lil.
