I think PNMs drop so frequently because the see how weak the system is, and they don't want anything to do with it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when the Greek system is in as dire of straits as it sounds here, groups are usually ecstatic for any quality members they can get, and that includes juniors or even seniors. Why would sororities turn upperclassmen away when they could possibly help the chapter?? Maybe part of the problem is too much youth and not enough experience.
