This weekend my hubby and I go to get some grub since we had no power. We go to a local eatery and I order a half sandwich and half salad. The salad was subpar but I let that slide. I go to eat the sandwich and I find a hair in it. SO needless to say, I am upset. I am starving so I ask to have another made. While I am waiting I mentioned this to someone who works there and he asked me, "what type of hair was it?"
WTF??!!??
I told him it didn't matter the type, it wasn't mine..period. Only because I ate there before did I even bother to stay. So I get my new sandwich and I dig in. I take a bite and my hubby asked, "what is that black stuff on your mouth?"; at the same time I feel something gritty. I look closer and there is a mound of sand/soil on my lettuce. Needless to say, I am UPSET. My mom's to be know that a pregnant, hysterical HUNGRY woman is not pretty. Add to that an A1 DRAMA QUEEN and there is an uproar.
I go up to the counter and yell at the manager "ARE YOU PEOPLE TRYING TO KILL ME??!! I am pregnant and you put hair in my food then you don't wash the lettuce?!!" The manager gives me some excuse about how the produce comes from the same person who distributes to many local shops. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE PRICE OF TEA IN CHINA???
Thank God for peace of mind, I calmed down enough to tell the idiot of a manager that I want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK and I let my husband handle the rest.

That was a simply crackish experience and I wish for that not to happen to ANYONE!!
