HOW COME I keep looking out of the window to make sure they stay AWAY from my car?
HOW COME they were in the middle of the parking lot throwing a football around?
HOW COME I cannot wait until my lease is up?
HOW COME they did not go to a park or to a friend's who has a REAL HOUSE?
HOW COME the neighbors in question have like 5 kids in a 2 Bedroom townhouse?
HOW COME they did not start this "cookout" around one this afternoon?
HOW COME I am praying for rain to come and either end this "cookout" or at least move it to their basement?
