I hate to disappoint everyone, but usually right after bids are given out the girls are taken to their new homes, where they have brunch with their new sisters, and then many houses have a brief break and then immediate move in or take their new members on a retreat. So we may not hear from Kara today as she will more than likely be a very busy lady (and hopefully very happy!!!)
BTW - I spoke to the chapter advisor for Alpha Phi at UW yesterday and she said things with recruitment were overall going well, numbers for signups were down this year (530 from 580 last year), but great ladies that they are very excited about!
