I don't know about the present time, but yes, there WAS an alumnae Panhellenic in San Francisco when I was a collegiate. They gave me a $1000 scholarship. Woo hoo for wonderful NPC alumnae who help poor starving college women!
(And no, I never *really* starved, but its nice to not have to pay a semester's tuition out of your own pocket!)
As an aside, Alpha Gamma Delta has an alumnae chapter in S.F. and one of my pledge sisters is the president.
