Hey everyone! I just need to update everyone on how rush is going so far. Unfortunately, I've only been to 2 rush parties this week. The first (as I wrote about earlier) was AST. I think from now on, I'm going to use different names for the sororities. I don't wanna jinx anything. Last night I went to a Disney themed rush with 'blue'. I had SO much fun. I enjoyed last nite's SO much more than the first one I went to. Lol-don't hate me...but I need to take AST off my list of top choices. I realized last night that I was trying to hard at AST's party and I should'nt have. At 'blue's party last night, I didn't need to even worry about being nervous because the girls were EXACTLY like me. We got along great and time just flew by. On Monday night, I kept looking at my watch, thinking "when is this going to be OVER?!?!" but last night, the rush was over before I even realized it. When I started thinking about joining, I had certain ideas about each sorority...but I decided to keep an open mind and 'blue' definately took me by surprise. I never thought that the girls were so much fun and I LOVED it last night. This afternoon, 'blue' has another rush at 330. It's another luau themed party. I know I'll have fun. Well, I'll keep everyone up to date on how the week progresses. Thanks for all your tips and comments! Last night I met a girl who definately needs to take a look at this site. She was SO FAKE it just amazed me. She didn't have a mind of her own and she agreed with EVERYTHING one of the sister's said. GOD-I hope she doesn't get invited back. She was just downright ANNOYING me to death. Another thing...one of the sister's made a comment about getting a parking ticket last weekend, but she said she had never gotten a driving ticket. So this girl puts her two cents in and says "well that means you can drive fine, you just can't read". I was like..god, just SHUT up! I'm sure that other girls picked up on her fake attitude too. Oh god, and another thing...she brought up guys/parties. We were standing outside on the house's veranda and the greek house next door (TKE) was bringing up a beer pong table and a keg. Well, one of the sisters outside said something and this girl just pretended to know everything about EVERY guy at TKE...and honestly she just bugged the crap out of me ALL night. Lol, okay girls..sorry about venting but I just REALLY hope the sister's noticed her behavior because I don't think she deserves to be invited back. Well, I need to start getting ready for the Luau rush party. I hope you all are having fun and I hope this afternoon goes well.
