I had acrylics for 3 weeks for a special occasion. Friday, I went to get them taken off and the our Vietnamese friend who put them on put some softener on them and pried off the first nail. I jumped a mile--THAT HURT!!!! So he put them in warm chemcials and gradually the fake nail was rubbed off. My real nails appear to be in fine condition now but I almost whapped him whan that first nail came off.
