This is a lot of work but fairly inexpensive if you keep it simple. In our chapters the bigs always make scrapbooks for their littles. Most girls put a lot of work into them but they alawys turn out waay cute in the end. We also cut costs by not buying actual scrapbooks. What we do is buy a binder, padding, and a fun material fabric from jo anns or michaels (craft stores), what you do is fuse the padding (make sure you use the iron on kind!) to the part of the fabric that will go on the front of the binder then glue the padding/fabric thing to the binder (covering eveyrthing but the binder rings). So what you end up with is a totally cute scrapbook! Then you can buy those clear page protector things (you can buy like 100 at a time) and use regular colored paper for the sheets and just put your finished pages in the protectors and in the binder. It also really handy for when rush comes up you can easily take out the pages that arent that cute and leave all the sisterhood ones!!! If you have anymore questions aobut this (i tried explaining it the best i could) please PM me!
Also some families buy the small little paddles, decorate the front and then write the family tree on the back. Those are always cute but a lil pricey depending on how many letters and things you are buying for the front.
