You can do a lot of abuse to your body and take it. But you won't be able to evaluate how poorly you might be performing.
Try a mental puzzle after being up for 24 hours with an erratic meal schedule versus the next day being well rested and eatiny properly.
Generally when will we do better?
One of the keys to brainwashing people or controlling them is to deprive them of sleep and also to give them bad foods lol.
So in a sense, if you push yourself to exhaustion routinely it means that you will have very little reserves. There will be more times when you will feel overwhelmed and not able to put that little extra.
ITs harder to make long term plans, or evaluate opportunities. And its really hard to change patterns that you might want to work on, you are just to tired.
