There are so many things you can do for Big/Lil gifts. Our chapter has some things that everyone gets: decorate a candy jar and fill it with candy, decorate a corkboard with their name and arrows, something to reflect their personality, last spring I got a silver pin box with our crest on the top and my lil's name and initiation date on the bottom.
