Maybe the biggest spanking of the year in a rivalry game, the announcers said that this is the first time since 1902 that the Wolverines shut out the Irish, or that the 38 was the most points scored by a team in the series, but definately not the biggest upset of the season.

Ok maybe not biggest upset, but everyone kept sayin that this game was gona be a good one. It was really overrated, but it was prolly the most fun game i've been to in a while. If Notre Dame woulda gotten thru the M defense with their passing, then they might have had a chance. They didn't even get into the triple digits in their passing yards.
I do have to say tho that the Irish REALLY know how to tailgate! They brought a slip n slide and did beer+soap races on it. There were TONS of green shirts in the Big House, and their numbers tailgating on the golf course coudl have easily matched the Michigan fans.
editted cuz I guess I wasn't watching the game too closely and got some info wrong.
