Girl don't play! I'm at 147lbs. as of today, I am on a mission and I'm not taking any prisoners. I'm not going to lie, I cheat a little bit with(Metabolife). And it is ssssooooo hard to get into the habbit of drinking 64ounces of water a day. But it is happening, it's easier now to eat 2-3pieces of fruit a day than a month ago. But I have to do it for my health.
One good motivator for me was joining a martial arts class(I know this sounds stupid or extreme) but trust me, it is fun, you sweat a lot, and after a month you will think you can beat the world. Also, my stress level goes down alot and I feel sooo relieved. Hey, if you can, sign up for a class at leat twice a week. If you go to class for 50minutes/twice a week, that is more than what you've done before.
Go for it, what do you have to lose but weight. Good Luck.
