Its for peopel who are hearing impared. Its that TDYY thing or whatever. They type into a machine and it goes to an opertator who translates and then types what you say.
My friend Andrea's b/f is deaf and was callign to ask her out on a date and she kept hanging up thinking it was a tellemarketer. lol.
