To the administrators of this thing they call a school:
GET A CLUE. I am at my wit's end, and I have a VERY short fuse right now. Let me tell you what I will NOT tolerate. I will not tolerate you GIVING me lesson plans. You were supposed to implement a CURRICULUM, not LESSON PLANS. Do you even know the difference? We are a seamless community, huh? If that is the case, why aren't the academic teachers being given lesson plans? And why wasn't the Life Skills class on the students' schedules? Is it NOT a class??? How did that get left off? And THEN you want to get smart in the meeting? "Weren't these room assignments given to Boarding Instructors last week?" First of all, let's get one thing straight. If you have something to say, SAY IT. We are all grown. There is no reason to beat around the bush. Second of all, when you DID give us the room assignments, it was FOR OUR INFORMATION. At what point did you tell me that I had to communicate that to my students????? The ASSUMPTION is that the class INCLUDING THE ROOM NUMBER would be on the STUDENT'S SCHEDULE. WTF kind of ship are you running here???????
Bottom line, this is a bunch of BS!! Period. And I am TIRED of it.
Tomorrow the kids start PE. Do we have any information on that yet? NO!!! This is another thing I will NOT tolerate. From now on, if I get information less than 72 hours in advance (and that is generous, I'd prefer it a week in advance), I'm not doing it. PERIOD. Now, put that in the evaluation, because I'm telling you UP FRONT. How can you expect me to be on point when YOU SUCK?????
And I am SICK and TIRED of you telling us "now is not the time to discuss this!!!" WHEN IS THE TIME??? WHEN DO WE GET TO VOICE OUR CONCERNS??? You continue to implement ideas without getting our input first. WHAT DO YOU KNOW??? HOW OFTEN DO YOU WORK WITH OUR KIDS???? STOP SMELLING YOURSELF AND ADMIT YOU NEED OUR HELP!!! STOP ASSUMING WE ARE INCOMPETENT. Mess around and we'll be on strike, AGAIN. I'm not going to put up with this two years in a row, I'm not.
So you have a choice, you can get it together, or I'M OUT. And trust, I WILL QUIT. I have NEVER had a problem leaving a job, and you are not special. Yes, I will miss my kids DEARLY, but I know how to keep in touch. Y'all drive people to drink, I swear. Why can't you just LISTEN??? What is so wrong with that??? You keep doing the SAME STUPID ISHT and expect different results. Don't you realize that's insane?????? You are inconsistent and expect our kids to be consistent. You want to examine the reasons behind the students' behavoirs, but not your own. You teach in a Do As I Say and Not As I Do way, and YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!!
Don't you know anything about working with kids???? Apparently not. You simply don't belong here. It's not the army. It's not Alcatraz. And IT IS NOT A GROUP HOME. Stop treating these kids like this!!! AND STOP TREATING US LIKE THIS.
Last but certainly not least: Don't say isht to me this week. NOT A D@MN THING!!! And I mean that. Because I will cuss you out, swiftly. Y'all have seriously gotten on my last d@mn nerve.
