Hey rayray! I think I remember talking to you about Pacifica a while ago. Welcome back to the Bay Area!
I am also an SFSU Alum, and I also am Alpha Phi's recruitment adviser. While it is true that there are a ton of girls signed up to go through rush this semester, I'm still pretty sure the sororities will still be holding informal recruitment in the Spring. Even if all three NPC sororities reach house total (which is 45), each group will most likey lose girls due to graduation and transferring. Keep an eye out for the Panhellenic table and posters advertising for rush in the student center. If you have any other questions about SFSU, please feel free to PM any of us! As far as USF goes, I looked on the website, and I only saw Delta Zeta listed. I don't know too much about the rest of the Greek system, but from what I saw it looked like most of the sororities were academic or service based. Here is the link:
