Eta beta doesnt have a house either. All sororites had a suite (living room + "kitchen") on the top floor of the all womens dorm and thats where we held our chapter events. I actually never minded that we didnt have a house I'm sure there would have been specific house related dramas that would have happened but at the same time there were times I felt that I was missing out on a part of greek life. Regardless we have a very strong sisterhood and were never short of places to hang out since many upperclassmen sisters get houses and apartments with other sisters.
